The folks at Consumers Digest recently announced our 2012 Chrysler 300 and Town & Country as “Best Buys” in their respective categories. This prestigious honor is not handed out to just anyone who shows up. No sir. Their editors go through each vehicle with a fine-tooth comb and check build quality, performance attributes, fit and finish, utility, acceleration, fuel economy and much more.
Needless to say, we are very proud to receive these awards as it confirms what we’re made of. Our own Doug Betts, Senior Vice President of Quality said it best regarding the 300 and Town & Country, “We have gone to great lengths to enhance the craftsmanship and quality of all of our vehicles. These awards are evidence that we’re producing the cars and minivans that customers – and critics – appreciate.”
Consumers Digest pointed out that the 2012 Chrysler 300 V6 models are now knocking down an EPA estimated 31 highway mpg thanks in part to the new eight-speed automatic transmission and America’s favorite minivan – Town & Country, gets standard leather seating and rear-seat DVD. Both of these new improvements and refinements scored high marks in their evaluations.
So when the technicians at Consumers Digest give you a seal of approval after dissecting your vehicles, you wear that badge with honor.
