Chrysler Custom Challenge| Submit Your Custom Ride for the Chance to Win $10K in cash & Prizes

If our trip to Spring Fest 8 taught us anything, it’s this: Just as the current Chrysler vehicle lineup is a true reflection of the gritty, never-give-up attitude of Detroit, a customized car is a true testament to the customizer’s spirit of individuality.

Some customizers will make understated modifications attempting to emphasize the classiness already present in, say, a Chrysler 300. Other owners opt to make a statement with flashiness, adding chrome, a custom paint job and whatever else comes to mind. In both cases, the car becomes a way to represent the personality of the man or woman who took on the long but rewarding challenge of customization.

The Chrysler brand celebrates that kind of individuality and respects anyone who has first a vision and then the will to bring that vision to life. Perseverance and individuality, not to mention the relentless pursuit of making something beautiful, real and lasting—these are things the Chrysler brand knows well. To celebrate them, along with the culture of customization, we’re launching a new contest that pits custom car against custom car, and we’re calling it the Chrysler Custom Challenge.

Starting today, April 26, customizers can enter their custom Chrysler vehicles for a chance to win $10,000 in cash and prizes and the right to take home the coveted Chrysler Custom Challenge title for 2013. Here’s a complete breakdown of the prizes.

  • 10 Runners-up will win a trip to a Chrysler Design Day in Detroit plus cash and prizes
  • Three finalists will receive a trip to the 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas in addition to cash and prizes
  • One grand prize winner will receive a trip to the 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit and up to $10,000 in cash and prizes (in addition to the finalist trip to SEMA)

For complete rules and details, please visit the Chrysler Custom Challenge contest tab on the official Chrysler Facebook page. And even if you don’t have a customized vehicle of your own to enter, stop by often to check out the highly personalized Chrysler vehicles that will soon be on display.
