Shannon Flynn, the owner of a 1999 Chrysler Concorde, recently dropped us a note to let us know about the car that has taken her more than 300,000 miles over the past 14 years.
The purpose of this letter is to express my extreme satisfaction with this quality product and thank you for producing such a reliable vehicle. In a world full of complaints and negativity, I thought you might find it refreshing to hear from a happy customer.
At the time of this letter, the odometer reading on the vehicle is more than 323,000 miles. My father, Jim Flynn, originally purchased the car new from the Chrysler dealership in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, and used it to commute more than 100 miles to (and from) work for 10 years.
When my father decided to purchase another vehicle in 2008, the car was running so well that he signed the title over to me as a gift. Since February 2009, I have used the Chrysler Concorde as my primary mode of transportation. It performs well on the highway, on the back roads and in the city. I take it on long-distance road trips and use it for short errands around town. For nearly two and a half years now, the Concorde has carried me on my daily commute of 60 miles to (and from) my workplace, and it is still going strong.
Ultimately, my Chrysler Concorde is a huge blessing and a greater value than we could ever have imagined when it was originally purchased. I would gladly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable mode of transport. Thank you all at Chrysler for making such a quality product.
Thank you for sharing your story, Shannon – here’s to another 100,000 miles.
