Town & Country is a “Top Safety Pick”

We know safety and security are important when determining which vehicle is right for you and your family.  That’s why you’ll be pleased to know the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has named our 2012 Town & Country a Top Safety Pick. The IIHS performs a battery of crash tests to see how a vehicle will perform. They analyze injury criteria in frontal, side and rear crashes along with rollover tests.

The 2012 models of Chrysler Town & Country received strength–to- weight ratio ratings of 4.51, among the highest of the minivans tested, and above the IIHS requirement of 4.0. Minimum requirements by the government are 1.5. Also, we offer more than 40 standard or available safety features that include front seat mounted airbags, three-row side curtain air bags, all-speed traction control just to name a few. There’s also an available SafetyTec group that includes rain-sensitive wipers, Smartbeam headlamps, ParkSense® rear park assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Rear Cross Path detection.

Like our parents used to say…. “You can never be too safe.
